Local Yocal
We have opened a retail shop within our Market area called Local Yocal. If your product fits our concept, is high quality, produced locally, and available for sale, we can make it available 4 days a week to our customers. Under a consignment agreement with us, you set the price and provide the stocking product, we place it on our shelves, market and sell it, and then split the revenue with you.
Sage Boutique
Sage is a unique women’s clothing boutique tucked inside of a tiny house. Featuring a wide range of styles, that are swapped out often, you are sure to find something that you love! Fringe features a wide variety of metals, stones, gems, and leathers for both women and men. A mixture of rustic western, beach, boho, and fine jewelry can be found here. A jewelry line for “cool chicks”.
