Sandbox Bootcamp (Wednesday)

A 30 minute total body workout geared for all ages and abilities. Will include cardio drills and strength exercises, while also developing balance and stability through the soft surface of sand. This class can be as hard or easy as one wants to make it for themselves. Modified options will be shown.
